TAX CREDIT ANALYST

Tax Credit Analyst

Associate degree in Accounting with three years’ related experience; or five years of relevant public housing experience; Tax Credit experience; Excel and financial software proficiency; strong communication skills.

Maintenance Supervisor

Supervises maintenance staff, ensures HUD/GDPM compliance, maintains occupancy, safety, procurement, and reporting.

IT Support Specialist

Assists with IT hardware/software support, network issues, and user training; requires Windows/SQL/Crystal Reports experience and ability to work with Cisco hardware.

HCV SEMAP Analyst

SEMAP Analyst

Associate degree plus 3-5 years in housing administration; knowledge of SEMAP/HUD regulations; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

HCV Specialist

Associate’s degree plus 1-3 years in a structured office environment or housing administration; knowledge of HCV rules; Rent Calculation Certification within 1 year; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication; physical ability to perform job duties.

Budget Administrator

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, or related; 4-6 years accounting/budgeting; HUD/GAAP knowledge; Ohio driver’s license; MS Office proficiency; strong written and verbal communication.

Maintenance Laborer

HS diploma or GED; 1-3 years related experience; valid Ohio driver license; bondable; able to lift up to 100 pounds.
