BUTCHER

Butcher

Experience preferred; HS diploma required; 18+; Texas Food Handler Certification; authorize to work in US; ability to work early morning shifts; strong safety and sanitation compliance.

Pastry Cook

2+ years pastry experience; 18+; Food Handler certified; able to work standing for long periods; good time management.

BARBACK 

Barback

Previous barback experience is a plus. TABC and Food Handler Certification required. Must lift 50 lbs. Able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Host

One year of experience in a high-volume restaurant; leadership experience; excellent communication; flexible availability; food handler certification.

One year high-volume restaurant experience with leadership, strong communication, flexible availability, able to stand for long periods, OpenTable experience preferred.

1+ year restaurant experience; POS and credit/debit card handling; fluent English; flexible schedule; 18+; professional appearance; TABC certified.

Manager

2+ years restaurant management (FOH); 1 year kitchen experience (scratch preferred); strong FOH/BOH knowledge; ability to lead shifts and teams; P&L awareness; bilingual (Spanish) a plus; certifications required.

CASHIER

Cashier

Cashier role requiring TABC/Food Handler, HS diploma preferred, 1 year experience, English; standing for long periods; days/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Host - Credence Fine Dining

High school diploma preferred; prior fine dining and OpenTable experience; excellent communication; passion for hospitality; able to lift heavy objects; available days, evenings, weekends, holidays; TABC and Food Handler Certifications.

Research and Development Chef

Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or Food Science (preferred); 5–10 years in high-volume kitchen or R&D; experience in new product development and commercialization; strong culinary and food science knowledge.

High school diploma preferred; fluent English; good time management; hospitality skills; professional appearance and conduct.

Dishwasher

Must be 18+, strong customer service, detail-oriented, punctual, able to lift heavy objects, flexible schedule (days/evenings/weekends/holidays).

Maintenance Tech - HVAC and Kitchen Equipment

Maintenance Technician

3+ years hands-on maintenance in restaurant or hospitality; knowledge of kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC; EPA Universal Certification; own tools; valid Texas driver’s license; high school diploma or GED; strong communication; ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Bartender 

2+ years of high-volume bartending; strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine; POS systems and cash handling; professional presence and communication; flexible hours; TABC certification.

Fine Dining Server

TABC and Food Handler certification required; 1+ year in high-volume or upscale dining; strong knowledge of food/beverage and service standards; excellent communication; reliable and team‑oriented.

2+ years kitchen experience in a high-volume establishment; 18+; punctual; able to stand long periods; able to work with heated equipment; follow instructions.

DISHWASHER 

18+; excellent customer service and communication; detail-oriented; punctual; able to lift heavy objects; Food Handler Certification; able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
