3+ years in a related role; live-fire cooking expertise; strong knowledge of Gulf Coast/Texas cuisine; certifications: Food Handler’s, TABC, Allergen; HB sanitation knowledge; leadership and training experience.

Staff Accountant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 3+ years full-cycle accounting; restaurant/hospitality experience preferred; advanced Excel; R365 software a plus.

Barback

High school diploma or equivalency preferred; previous experience preferred; TABC Certification required; ability to lift 50lbs; good communication; available days/evenings/weekends/holidays.
