Certified Nurse Aide

Current CNA certification; high school diploma or equivalent recommended; commitment to in-service training; dependable and compassionate.

Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in Indiana; geriatric experience preferred; memory care a plus.

Certified Nursing Assistant

State-approved CNA class completed; Indiana CNA certification on hire or within 120 days; maintain certification.
