Patient Office Assistant

Associate degree in health care field; 5 years medical/dental office experience; knowledge of insurance, billing; strong customer service; EMR proficiency; bilingual a plus.

Medical Office Assistant

Basic computer skills; flexible, self-motivated; excellent communication; phlebotomy; team player; willing to work extended hours or on Mobile Unit.

Physician

Medical doctor licensed in New York; board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine; HIV specialty preferred; DEA DATA waiver within 90 days; bilingual aPlus.

Psychotherapist

Masters in Social Work; LMSW/LCSW with at least two years of psychotherapy experience; experience in Article 31 or outpatient clinic; experience with substance use, homelessness, HIV/AIDS; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Registered Nurse

RN licensed in New York; BSN or ADN with 2 years’ experience; BLS with AED; able to work Saturdays and evenings.

Licensed NY Medical Doctor; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine; HIV specialist status preferred; Buprenorphine prescribing DATA Waiver within 90 days; bilingual a plus.

Case Manager

High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related case management experience; knowledge of Mental Health and HIV-related issues.

Enhanced Harm Reduction Specialist (Drop-In)

Enhanced Harm Reduction Specialist

Experience with harm reduction and working with street-based populations; Spanish bilingual preferred; strong communication and teamwork; self-motivated.

Program Support Driver

Drive clients to appointments, support programs, and handle light admin; requires NYS driver's license with clean driving record; 1–2 years driving experience; strong communication and client care.

Maintenance Worker 

Maintenance Worker responsible for upkeep, repair, and improvements of scattered-site housing; duties include plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical; supervise interns; data entry; safety compliance.
