Supervise Safety Monitors and assist in training; ensure daily coverage; manage incident reporting.

Housing Specialist

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in housing placement; bilingual Spanish/English a plus; valid US driver’s license a plus.

Kitchen Helper

High School diploma or equivalent; prior food service experience; English literacy; inventory skills; Food Handlers License; three years of related work experience preferred.

Helper

High School diploma or equivalent; prior food service; English literacy; ability to manage simple inventory; Food Handlers License; 3 years related experience preferred.

Safety Officer

Security license, FDNY F-02 within 30 days, HS diploma or equivalent, 1+ year security experience, residential facility experience preferred, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, computer literacy.

Porter

High school or equivalent; ability to lift 75 lbs; operate small machinery and power/hand tools.

Residential Aide

High School diploma or equivalent; bilingual preferred; FDNY F-02 Fireguard; NYC Food Handler; experience in residential facility; ability to work with homeless populations.

Program Assistant

Assist in program support, reports, scheduling, and materials; HS diploma or equivalent experience; strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Safety Team Leader

New York security license, FDNY F-02/F-80 licenses, high school diploma or equivalent, 1.5+ years shelter security experience, bilingual preferred, night/weekend coverage.

House Manager

High school diploma or equivalent; FDNY F80 Fireguard certificate; supervisory experience; residential facilities experience; ability to work with homeless populations; customer service oriented; MS Office; bilingual a plus; able to cover nights/weekends.

Home+ Case Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; at least 2 years crisis services experience; experience in case management, assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention; prefer experience with families; AWARDS knowledge a plus; proficient with Microsoft applications.

Job Developer

High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of labor market trends; strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication; excellent organizational skills; computer literacy; valid US driver’s license preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Administrative Assistant

High School diploma required; 2+ years admin experience; MS Word/Excel; 55+ WPM; strong organization/communication.

Senior Clinical Case Manager 

Master of Social Work or related field required. A minimum of 3 plus years of experience with case management and supervision.

Senior Case Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field required; 2 years experience in case management preferred.
