Direct Support Professional

High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18; valid driver’s license if transporting; pass Maine background checks; ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight; Maine HCBS trainings completion.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Female Group Home

High school diploma or equivalent; 18+; pass Maine DHHS background checks; valid driver’s license if transporting; ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, overnight; complete Maine HCBS trainings.

Residential Coordinator

Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field preferred; 2+ years residential/developmental disability experience; supervisory experience preferred; CRMA cert or ability to obtain; valid driver’s license.

Residential House Manager

Oversee residential operations for adults with IDD; supervise staff; maintain records; ensure compliance with HCBS; strong time management and multitasking.
