Surgery Tech

Surgical Technologist

Completion of accredited surgical technology program; CST certification preferred or required per facility policy; sterile technique knowledge; detail-oriented; able to work independently or in a team.

Staff Accountant

2+ years payroll experience; high school diploma; strong computer skills; handles payroll and accounts payable duties; reconciliations.

Surgery Director

Board-eligible/nursing licensed leader with clinical and management experience; RN licensure in Arkansas or a compact state; BLS/ACLS required.

Current LPN license; 3-5 years LPN experience preferred; effective written and verbal communication.

Registrar

Part-time registrar with strong computer skills, patient communication, and knowledge of medical terminology; CPSI preferred; customer service and data entry.

Speech Language Pathologist

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology; AR licensure; ASHA CCC; new graduates eligible.

EVS Tech

Cleaning and sanitizing patient areas, exterior entryways, floors; linen handling; trash removal; supply stocking; requires reading/writing and good customer relations.

Dietary Aid

Entry-level dietary support role: food prep, tray delivery, dishwashing, and basic cash handling; requires HS diploma or GED and good interpersonal skills.

Human Resources Director

BA/BS in HR or related field or minimum 5 years HR management experience; strong communication; leadership and conflict resolution; healthcare management experience preferred

Surgical Registered Nurse

Experienced full-time Surgical RN; Arkansas license or Compact; BLS/ACLS required; PALS preferred; Pre/Post-OP, Scrub, Circulating.

Registered Nurse

RN licensed in Arkansas or Compact, graduate of accredited nursing program, BLS/ACLS required; PALS preferred; NIH Stroke Scale cert within 1 year.

Arkansas-licensed RN (compact allowed) with accredited nursing school graduate; BLS/ACLS required; PALS/TNCC preferred; PALS within 1 year, TNCC within 3 years; NIH Stroke Scale certification; at least 2 years ER or critical care experience; good standing for internal applicants.

Physical Therapist

Provide direct clinical care; document and bill; supervise PT assistants; graduate from PT program; Arkansas licensure; new grads eligible.
