Micro Scheduler

Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent experience; direct mail/print experience preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP familiarity (PrintStream preferred); ability to read PO's and produce schedules.

Project Coordinator

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field; 1 year in Project Management or Print Production; familiarity with direct mail, digital marketing, and fundraising; strong organization and communication; MS Office; Workfront a plus.

Project Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Project Management or related field; PM experience beneficial; knowledge of printing/direct mail; strong communication and organization.

Senior Account Director – New Business Development

Senior Account Director

10+ years in direct mail, fundraising, selling to nonprofits; Bachelor's in Marketing or Business; strong analytical, CRM/AI experience; excellent relationship-building and leadership; able to manage multiple complex sales cycles.

Press Assistant - Day Shift

Press Assistant

High school diploma or GED; 6 months machine operator or 2 years production experience preferred; ability to lift up to 40 lbs; manufacturing environment familiarity.

Envelope Adjuster

High school diploma required; 1 year envelope adjusting experience; able to operate envelope converting equipment; willing to learn Flexographic printing.

Offset Press Operator

High school diploma or GED; 3+ years offset printing experience; knowledge of printing principles, color management, maintenance; ability to read instructions; lift up to 40 lbs; safety adherence.

Machine Operator

Full-time machine operator in a direct mail manufacturing environment; HS diploma or GED; 2 years manufacturing experience preferred; able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

High school diploma or GED; 1 year envelope adjusting experience; able to lift 50 lb; read/write English; able to work 12-hour shifts; team-oriented and safety-conscious.

Offset Press Operator 

High school diploma or GED; prior offset printing experience; ability to read instructions; able to work with computers and mechanical systems; team player; able to lift up to 45 pounds; monitor and adjust equipment for productivity.
