Medical Assistant

Behavioral Health Clinician

Licensure in behavioral health (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or eligible for licensure; Master’s degree in a related field; experience with integrated PCBH preferred; strong communication, teamwork, and crisis intervention skills.

Behavioral Health Clinical Lead

Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) with BLS; 40 WPM typing; proficient with basic computer software; high school diploma.

Board-certified or board-eligible advanced practice provider; Oregon licensed; CPR certification; active DEA license; English fluency; experience with low-income/undersetved populations preferred.

Family Physician
