Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Counselling or related field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; two years of career/college planning experience; valid WA driver's license.

Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee

Current WA SUDPT certificate; completion of four required classes; proficiency with Outlook/Word; TB test clearance; must become SUD Professional within 2 years; valid WA driver’s license.

Care Coordinator 2

Care Coordinator

BA in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Mental Health required; MA preferred. 3 years of experience with individuals/families. Knowledge of HIPAA. Ability to obtain Counselor Agency Affiliated Registration. Valid WA driver license may be required. Familiar with entitlement programs and case management. Proficiency in interviewing and counseling methods.

Care Coordinator 1

AA in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field required; two years of relevant experience; HIPAA knowledge; ability to access entitlement programs; Washington license may be required.

AA required; BA preferred in related field; two years of caseload experience; HIPAA knowledge; driver’s license.

Lead Housing Support Associate

HS diploma or GED; 3+ years experience with homelessness/behavioral health; peer support or housing program background; current Certified Peer Support Specialist credential; valid WA driver license; background check; able to lift 40 lbs; trauma-informed approach.

Maintenance Technician

High school diploma; 3 years of maintenance experience; valid WA driver's license; auto insurance; certifications in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or landscape; own tools; bondable.

Housing Monitor

High school diploma or GED; knowledge of Pierce County public mental health system desirable; experience with diverse, low-income or special needs populations preferred; able to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality; physically able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Services, Business Administration, or related field; 4+ years in compliance, quality assurance, program evaluation, data analysis; healthcare/behavioral health experience; CQI knowledge; strong communication and training skills; MS Office and data tools proficiency.

Medical Assistant

Complete MA training per WA WAC 246-827-0200; pass MA exam; active MA-Certified with WA DOH; minimum 2 years MA experience.

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

ARNP with WA license and prescriptive authority; experience with substance use disorders; inpatient and MAT; DEA license; Master’s in Psychiatric Nursing.

Peer Counselor (On-Call)

Peer Counselor

Experience with chronic street population or current enrollment in human/social services; WA driver’s license required; background check; able to lift 40 lbs; good communication; confidentiality; reporting; basic computer skills.

Certified Peer Counselor

Knowledge of peer-based support, housing stability, and trauma-informed communication; valid WA driver’s license; ability to pass background check; able to lift up to 40 lbs; experience with diverse populations.

Detox Technician

At least 1 year experience in mental health or medical health care, or 1 year education/training in alcohol/drug treatment; ability to lift adults; CPR/First Aid and Food Handler cards; knowledge of substance abuse and vital signs; strong communication and record-keeping; maintain confidentiality.
