Veterans Peer Facilitator

High school diploma required; bachelor's or master's preferred. Valid NYS driver's license. Must be a veteran. Experience with trauma and recovery preferred; mental health experience a plus. Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Internet; data entry. Must have own transportation and cell phone; strong communication skills.

Residential Counselor 1 & Intake Coordinator

Residential Counselor

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services; 2 years experience with individuals with mental health diagnoses; leadership skills; knowledge of entitlements and Nassau County benefits; valid NY driver’s license.

Residential Counselor Full-Time

Five years’ human services experience; HS diploma; Bachelor’s in human services preferred; NYS driver’s license required; basic computer skills; strong communication.

Peer Companion - Group Facilitator

Experience delivering direct mental health services; peer support/group experience; valid NY driver’s license; strong communication; knowledge of recovery-based practices.

Supportive Housing Counselor Full-Time

Supportive Housing Counselor

Provide supportive housing services to adults with mental illness; conduct visits; coordinate care; document in EMR; travel within Nassau County; requires Bachelor's in Human Services and 2+ years experience; CPR/Narcan within 90 days.

CORE Certified Peer Specialist

Certified Peer Specialist

High school diploma or GED required; NYS Peer Certification or NYCRPA; lived experience with mental health/substance use; Spanish fluency preferred.
