Housing Case Manager

Experience with case management; knowledge of housing resources; strong interpersonal and crisis intervention skills; driver’s license or ability to obtain one.

Advanced Practice Provider

Oregon PA-C or Family Nurse Practitioner with prescribing authority; current DEA, NPI; BLS; primary care experience with marginalized populations desired; ability to travel between clinical sites; strong communication and EHR skills.

Medical Assistant

Must complete a Medical Assisting program with externship or 2 years medical office experience; must be certified by AAMA, CCMA, or NCCT; EHR experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

PMHNP with Oregon license; dispensing license in Oregon; experience with underserved populations; Spanish a plus.

CADC Recovery Oriented Supports and Engagement (ROSE) Program Manager

Program Manager

Lead ROSE program; oversee operations; supervise staff; provide CADC supervision; valid driver’s license; budget and grant responsibilities.

Medical Assistant 2 (on-call)
