Journeyman Electrician

Journeyman electrician with 7–10 years experience; reads blueprints/schematics; NEC knowledge; skilled with tools; may supervise apprentices; strong problem-solving; able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Construction Site Safety Manager

High school diploma; 2+ years in construction safety; OSHA 30; First Aid/CPR; MS Office; strong communication; NCCCO Rigger I preferred (will consider if pursued within 90 days).

Project Engineer - Power Delivery

Project Engineer

Bachelor’s in electrical/civil engineering or construction management; up to 4 years’ engineering/construction experience; ability to read plans; read data from contracts; safety-focused; strong communication and teamwork.

Power Delivery - Project Manager

Project Manager

Bachelor's degree in construction science, engineering or related field; 7+ years project/field experience in substation construction; knowledge of procurement, design/industry practices; Primavera P6/InEight a plus; MS Office proficiency.

Corporate Counsel - Construction Contracts

Corporate Counsel

Juris Doctor, 8+ years in transactional law for power/construction; in-house preferred; strong drafting, negotiation, IP, insurance knowledge.

Director of Engineering - Power Delivery

Director of Engineering

BS in Engineering; 12+ years of engineering design experience with at least 8 years in power delivery; strong balance of technical excellence, cost efficiency, and deadlines; experience with utilities; renewable energy exposure; PE preferred.

Equipment Operator/CDL required-Nationwide

Equipment Operator

CDL required; read civil plans; lead crews; troubleshoot machine control systems; operate safely; knowledge of soil/earthmoving; plan and measure tasks; focus on safety, quality, production.

Substation Electrical Construction Manager

High school diploma or GED; 5+ years in substation electrical construction with 3+ years direct supervision; trade licensing preferred or willing to obtain; knowledge of commercial terms, substation practices, and legal standards; understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair in substations; strong communication; MS Office proficiency; maintain quality under high work volume; previous electrical project management experience a plus.

Substation/Sub Tech Construction Worker-Nationwide

Substation Construction Worker

High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years electrical/substation construction; valid driver's license (CDL may be required); read blueprints; safety training; able to lift 50+ lbs; travel and overtime/weekends as needed.

Experience with electrical trade, reading blueprints, tool use, site coordination, NEC knowledge, and physical work; high school diploma or GED; journeyman/master electrician license; 10 years experience.

Craft Safety Technician

High school diploma; 1-3 years safety experience in construction/power delivery; OSHA familiarity; strong communication; hazard identification; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Field Engineer - Power Delivery

Field Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, construction management or related field; up to 4 years of engineering or construction experience; ability to read plans; field site access; safety focus; strong communication; team player.

Working Master Electrician

Master Electrician

Licensed Master Electrician with 5+ years in the utility electrical sector; valid driver's license; read drawings; install/maintain substation equipment; strong communication and basic computer skills; able to lead field crews.
