LPN All Shifts Available

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) with Kansas licensure; CPR/BLS; experience in skilled nursing preferred; strong communication and physical stamina.

Occupational Therapist

Licensed Occupational Therapist with bachelor’s or master’s degree; state licensure; experience in skilled nursing preferred but not required.

Admissions Coordinator

2 years of experience in admissions or related healthcare administration; bachelor’s preferred; knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes; proficient in electronic health records (PointClickCare); strong communication and organizational skills.

CMA Evenings or Nights

High school diploma or equivalent; CMA certification; healthcare experience preferred; ability to lift residents; strong communication; proficiency with EHR.

RN Evenings or Nights

Registered Nurse

1 year experience in skilled nursing preferred; ADN or BSN required; KS RN license; BLS required; ACLS preferred.

PRN CMA

Certified Medication Aide

PRN CMA with high school diploma; Kansas CMA certification; healthcare experience preferred; strong communication; ability to assist with resident care.

PRN CNA

CNA certification required; experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred; ability to lift/move residents; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
