Development Coordinator

Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience; 1+ year fundraising/office experience; Salesforce experience; strong admin skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; commitment to reproductive rights.

Medical Assistant

High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 years clinical Medical Assistant experience preferred; new grads considered; reproductive health experience helpful; bilingual Spanish or Creole preferred; strong organizational and patient service skills; willing to train across front and back office; willingness to work at Naples and Fort Myers; Level 2 background screening.

High school graduate; at least 3 years hands-on Medical Assistant experience; reproductive health experience preferred; willingness to cover multiple centers; strong communication and organization.

High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year experience; experience in medical care and reproductive rights helpful; ability to work with the public; willingness to learn ultrasound, AB lab, and procedural assistance; strong organizational and communication skills; commitment to reproductive rights and patient confidentiality.

Front Desk Coordinator

High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years outpatient medical office experience; CPT/ICD-10 knowledge; insurance verification; front desk leadership experience preferred; strong customer service and organizational skills.

High school diploma; at least 1 year of relevant clinical Medical Assistant experience; strong commitment to reproductive rights and Planned Parenthood values; able to work independently with multiple priorities; strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable discussing sexuality and birth control options.
