Social Services Coordinator

Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field; LMSW/MSW preferred; 3+ years program coordination or supervisory experience; strong MS Office and database skills; bilingual is a plus; able to travel NYC area; hybrid work acceptable.

Social Services Manager

Bachelor's degree required; LMSW/MSW preferred or master’s in related field; 5+ years case management; 2+ years supervisory experience; strong knowledge of homelessness, housing stability, and public benefits.

Assistant Building Coordinator

Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in property management or related field preferred; strong organizational and communication skills; NYC housing familiarity a plus; bilingual a plus.

Tenant Services Coordinator

Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years experience with homelessness or housing-insecure families; case management, advocacy; proficient in Microsoft Office; hybrid work; NYC travel; bilingual a plus; Mon–Fri, 8-hour day with lunch.

Program Coordinator

Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field; LMSW/MSW preferred; 3+ years program coordination/supervisory experience; strong MS Office and data skills; excellent communication; able to travel within NYC; bilingual a plus.

Director of Human Resources

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred; 7-10 years HR experience including senior leadership; strong HR leadership and compliance knowledge.

Resident Engagement Specialist

2+ years experience with families experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity; experience with general case management, assessment, and advocacy; knowledge of NYC social service agencies; strong MS Office skills; ability to work in a hybrid environment; willingness to travel within NYC; bilingual a plus; Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts; direct tenant advocacy and housing support.
