Community Engagement Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field; one year of experience preferred; must obtain multiple clearances; strong interviewing and entitlement knowledge.

Caseworker 2-Investigator

Bachelor’s or Master’s in social work or related field; 1 year experience with adults in protective settings; ability to coordinate care and maintain records; clearances required.

Direct Support Professional 1

Direct Support Professional

High School Diploma or GED; valid PA driver’s license; ability to communicate effectively; electronic medical records; background clearances; ability to operate a passenger van; assist and transfer clients; willing to work split shifts and travel to multiple locations.

Care Manager-Caregiver Support/Dom Care Programs

Care Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field; knowledge of entitlement programs and health/social services; ability to assess and recommend; must obtain required clearances; ability to transport; maintain caseload; assist with equipment; support cognitively/physically challenged consumers.

High School Diploma or GED; valid PA Driver’s License and clean driving record; clearances (Criminal History, Child Abuse, FBI); ability to operate a passenger van; EMR access; compassionate, patient, and able to work flexible, split shifts.

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; knowledge of social services; ability to obtain clearances.
