Active licensure LMHC/LPCC/LISW/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT in NM; 2 years' adult psychotherapy; Medicaid number or eligible; First Aid/ CPR within 90 days; HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 knowledge; proficient in EHR and documentation; strong communication; NM driver’s license and insurance.

Licensed in NM (LMHC/LPCC/LISW/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT); 2+ years adult psychotherapy; Medicaid provider number or ability to obtain; First Aid/CPR within 90 days; HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2; proficient in EHR; strong communication; NM driver license.

Medical Assistant (Certified)

Medical Assistant

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program; CMA or RMA certification; CPR; high school diploma; 1+ year clinical experience preferred; EMR proficiency; HIPAA knowledge; strong communication; team oriented.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse

Current NM LPN license; behavioral health/substance use experience preferred; strong documentation and data entry; willing to train in EHR; maintain confidentiality; detail-oriented.

Dispensing Nurse

Current NM RN or LPN license; behavioral health/substance use/medical clinic experience preferred; strong documentation and data entry; willingness to train in EHR and medication management systems; maintain confidentiality and medication safety; effective communication.

Clinical Supervisor

Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; NM licenses LCSW/LPCC/LADAC/LMHC; Board Certified Clinical Supervisor; 3–5 years in SUD treatment; 2 years in supervisory role; EHR proficiency; NM driver’s license; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Licensed Substance Abuse Associate (LSAA)

Active New Mexico LSAA license in good standing; 2+ years preferred; experience with CBT, MI, CRA; valid NM driver’s license; bilingual in Spanish preferred; supervised practice; vehicle insurance.

Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC)

Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor

LADAC license; 2 years with adults with co-occurring disorders; 2 years individual/group psychotherapy; abstinence history for those with lived experience; computer literacy; NM driver license with clean record; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Active licensure in NM as LMHC, LPCC, LISW, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT; 2 years of psychotherapy with adults with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use; Medicaid provider number or ability to obtain; First Aid/CPR within 90 days; HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 knowledge; Proficiency with EHRs; strong communication and trauma-informed skills; NM driver’s license and insurance.

Community Support Worker (CSW) - Behavioral Health Case Management

Community Support Worker

Bachelor’s or Associate in human services with case management experience; or high school with three years; NM CCSS certification; NM Medicaid/NPI; valid driver’s license; CPR/First Aid preferred; MAT familiarity preferred.
