General Plant Team Member

Warehouse Supervisor

3+ years in lead/supervisory role; 3+ years in food manufacturing/cold storage warehouse; forklift experience; HACCP/FSMA knowledge; strong leadership and communication.

Oversee daily warehouse operations; lead a team; ensure food safety and inventory accuracy; manage inbound/outbound logistics.

Cold Storage Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

Forklift Operator

1 year minimum experience; must have forklift experience; able to work full-time non-exempt with overtime; good attendance; able to communicate effectively; able to follow directions and troubleshoot; physical ability for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Packaging line experience, basic maintenance, troubleshooting skills.

Experience operating a forklift; strong communication; data interpretation; basic mechanical skills.

Automation Engineer

3+ years in automation/controls in manufacturing; PLC/HMI; robotics and motion control; electrical schematics; strong problem-solving.

Engineering & Maintenance Manager

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/electrical or manufacturing engineering; 5+ years in maintenance/engineering; experience designing production lines; CMMS; strong project management and communication.

Quality and Food Safety Coordinator

Mid-level QA and food safety coordinator responsible for owning quality programs, data analysis, SOPs, audits, and root cause analysis.

Forklift experience, good communication, data interpretation, basic mechanical skills.

Purchasing Manager

5–10+ years purchasing or supply chain experience in food processing; Lean/continuous improvement; multi-site procurement; strong analytical, negotiation, leadership.

Field Technician (Seasonal)

Field Technician

Seasonal field technician with 1+ year field experience; valid driver’s license; willingness to obtain first aid/CPR and forklift training; strong data entry and Excel skills; able to work varied shifts and travel as needed.
