Foster Care Supervisor

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in social work or related field; licensed in Michigan; experience in foster care or child welfare; leadership, communication, organizational skills.

Residential Program Director

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Social Work preferred; experience in clinical social work with youth in residential treatment; strong reports, communication, and CBT/CPI knowledge; valid Michigan driver license.

Youth Specialist Supervisor

Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience in a child caring institution (CCI) is preferred or 2 years college and 3 years experience in a CCI or a high school diploma and 4 years experience in a CCI required; proficiency with WHS platforms; CBT Level 1 endorsement; CPI training; CPR/First Aid; valid Michigan driver license.

Operations, Maintenance & Facilities Associate

High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or trade school degree preferred. Valid Michigan driver’s license; ability to obtain chauffeur’s license.

Lead Supervisor

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in child care or two years college with 3+ years in child care; CPI training; strong writing, assessment and communication skills; ability to manage a residential program; culturally competent.

Bachelor's degree required; MSW/related fields preferred; Michigan licensing experience for supervisory role; prior foster care/child welfare experience; leadership, communication, and organizational skills; valid Michigan driver’s license if required.

Therapist (Residential Youth Program)

Therapist

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field; current Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPC, LLP, etc.); experience with youth, families, or residential treatment; knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, and behavior modification.

Systems Coordinator

HS diploma; 2-4 years in systems coordination/IT support/HR systems; strong organization, problem-solving, communication; confidentiality; MS Office; ability to manage multiple systems.

Youth Specialist:  Evening & Overnight Premium Pay

Youth Specialist

High school diploma or GED; valid Michigan driver/chauffeur license; CPI training; CPI techniques; CBT endorsement (Level 1); CPR/First Aid certification.

Shift Coordinator

High school diploma or GED; CBT endorsement; CPI training; CPR/First Aid; Michigan driver and Chauffeur licenses (or ability to obtain); valid license.

RN or LPN Join Our Nursing Team

Registered Nurse

Active State of Michigan Registered Nurse license; BCLS certification; proficiency in Centricity, QuickMar, and Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication; strong organizational and leadership skills.

High School diploma or GED; ability to obtain Level 1 CBT endorsement; CPI training; CPR/First Aid; Michigan driver’s license; Chauffeur’s license or ability to obtain one.
