The Business Operations Manager � Pegasus at Home (PAH) serves as a critical operational partner to the Vice President of PAH, responsible for driving execution across workforce management, staffing optimization, payroll administration, and recruiting coordination.

This role ensures that Pegasus at Home maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet resident care needs, improving hiring velocity, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards. The Business Operations Manager owns the day-to-day workforce operations of the business and plays a key role in enabling scalable growth, operational consistency, and high-quality care delivery.

Highlights of the Business Operations Manager for Pegasus At Home:

  • College Degree in HR or Business Management
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare or senior living industry preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive leader who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
  • Ability to build relationship and influence with business leaders and talent
