Highlights of the Community Sales Partner Position:

  • Supports the Community Sales� Director and the Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet budgeted occupancy and revenue, and maintain a waiting list for available apartments. A passion for helping seniors
  • Works in support of the Sales Director to provide the sales activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the Community�s sales and move-in goals to continuously maximize occupancy.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Sales or leasing office experience, a plus
  • Support for onsite marketing events
  • Participation in tour support
