The Casman Group of Companies, one of the largest general contractors in Western Canada, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Lead who thrives on leading teams, delivering results, and building strong client relationships.

As a Project Manager at Casman, you will oversee safety, schedule, scope, and budget, acting as a key driver of project success. You will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager/Lead role within the construction industry
• 2�4 years of post-secondary education in Construction Engineering, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a Journeyman Carpentry Certificate
• Proven experience managing projects under various contract types, including Lump Sum and Construction Management
• Experience with commercial, institutional, and multi-residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven leadership ability and experience working in a team environment
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Willingness and ability to travel to various Western Canadian offices and remote sites as required
• Must reside in Victoria or be willing to fully relocate

Work Schedule

This position is based in Victoria and requires occasional travel to regional offices and remote project sites. Flexibility may be required to support project timelines and operational needs.
