Preston Road Animal Hospital in Dallas, Texas is looking for a warm, organized, and client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated veterinary team. This is a Full-Time position, with flexible scheduling options and availability needed Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set:

• 3+ years of client service experience required
• Previous veterinary experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency in the following skills:
  
  • Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred
  • Upbeat Attitude � positivity matters in our fast-paced hospital!
  • Team Player � willing to jump in and help wherever needed without being asked.
  • Punctual and Reliable � our patients and team count on you.
  • Excellent people skills and strong client communication abilities.
