Preston Road Animal Hospital in Dallas, Texas is looking for a warm, organized, and client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated veterinary team. Our hospital is known for compassionate care, long-standing client relationships, and a supportive, team-driven work environment�and we�re excited to welcome someone who shares those values.
This is a Full-Time position, with flexible scheduling options and availability needed Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set:
- 3+ years of client service experience required
- Previous veterinary experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred
- Upbeat Attitude � positivity matters in our fast-paced hospital!
- Team Player � willing to jump in and help wherever needed without being asked.
- Punctual and Reliable � our patients and team count on you.
- Excellent people skills and strong client communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
