Kehoe Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing, compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our incredible team! As the first friendly face our clients see, you�ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for both pets and their people.

What You�ll Do

In this rewarding and people-focused position, you will:

  • Greet clients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
  • Schedule and manage appointments to keep daily operations running smoothly
  • Communicate with clients in person and via a multi-line phone system
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client and financial records
  • Learn and use veterinary terminology to support clear and effective communication
  • Enter and update information in electronic medical records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Answer questions and provide helpful guidance about hospital services
  • Support the veterinary team by ensuring clear, compassionate client communication

This role is ideal for a natural people-person who enjoys multitasking, learning new skills, and being part of a collaborative medical team.

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • 4/10 schedule
  • Flexible Monday�Friday
  • No weekends!

Full-time benefits and compensation**:

  • Compensation: $15-17 per hour, for each hour worked*

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer/client service experience
  • Previous veterinary reception experience preferred
