Pontchartrain Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join our incredible team!

As the face of the hospital, our CSRs create a welcoming, compassionate experience for every client and patient. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you will:

� Schedule appointments and help manage daily patient flow

� Provide friendly, empathetic customer service to both in-person and phone clients

� Confidently multitask using a multi-line phone system and front desk responsibilities

� Process financial transactions and respond to client inquiries

� Educate clients on hospital services and general information

This position is ideal for candidates who are personable, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy setting.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a 4/10 or 5/8 schedule. Hours fall between 6:45 AM � 5:45 PM, Monday�Friday, with every other Saturday (7:45 AM � 12:30 PM). Must be able to work opening (6:45 AM) or closing (5:30 PM) shifts.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

� 1+ years of client service or customer service experience

� Previous veterinary experience required

� Strong communication and multitasking abilities

� Comfortable with computers and technology (tech-savvy)
