Wheelersburg Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a full-time position, with a 36-40hr work week and availability needed Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

  • 3+ years of client service experience
  • Previous veterinary experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in the following skills:
    • Spelling and grammar
    • Basic typing/key boarding skills
    • Phone etiquette
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Multi-tasking

Wheelersburg Animal Hospital is a multi-doctor, small animal practice located in southern Ohio, near the Kentucky border. We�ve proudly served Wheelersburg, OH, and the surrounding areas of Portsmouth, Ironton, and Greenup, KY, for years. Our DVM team has nearly 65 years of combined experience and we have a talented support team, including 5 RVTs! From wellness exams and vaccines to advanced diagnostics, internal medicine, and complex surgical procedures, dogs and cats receive high quality care at our hospital.
