When forging your trial, you must balance providing capabilities at the speed of relevance with the pursuit of perfection. Much like GPS has changed the way we navigate today, you will change how users interact with AFSIM using the latest architectural approaches, open-source tools, and custom developed code to deliver complete solutions to address user needs.  Just like the intrepid explorers of the early American West, you will need to manage your time, resources, and relationships to reach your destination. Along the way you will build relationships, representing AFSIM to that user community much like Lewis and Clark represented the U.S. on their trek. 				<li>Develop and mature AFSIM framework capabilities with an enterprise mindset</li>
				<li>Design and implement new framework functionality, including plugin development</li>

				<li>3+ years working in agile software development environments</li>

	<li>Configure digital representations of complex military systems to support operational utility, asset vulnerability, system integration, and concept of operations assessments within a synthetic simulation environment.</li>
	<li>Work with domain experts to understand the nuances of specific systems (or classes of systems) and use abstraction techniques to model them at the mission-level.</li>
	<li>Assemble known information when available and use engineering judgement to fill in the blanks to represent real world hardware, software, or processes used in military operations.</li>
	<li>You must be able to manage your time effectively and interface with customers regularly.
