Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will analyze requirements, create logical architecture designs, and document technology solutions that meet the business requirements of the organization. What you’ll do:<ul><li>Understand the business needs of the organization and use this understanding to develop technology solutions that meet those needs.</li><li>Create logical architecture designs that outline the components and processes required to meet the business requirements.</li><li>Partner with development team leads as they create physical architecture designs that support logical designs.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives, and that they meet the needs of end-users.</li><li>Recommend appropriate technologies and system solutions that scale and consider a system-wide and architectural view.</li><li>Consult with business partners and IT leaders to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Provide technical guidance to development teams and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with development team members to create web solutions.</li><li>Create and maintain architecture and engineering standards and guidelines that help ensure consistency and quality across solutions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with external vendors and partners to ensure that they are delivering solutions that meet the organization&#39;s requirements.</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization&#39;s existing systems and processes.</li><li>Ensure that solutions meet relevant quality and compliance standards.</li><li>Partner effectively with peers in Enterprise Architecture, Product/Program Management, Engineering, and the Business to drive DevSecOps adoption.</li></ul>What you’ll bring:Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field.</li><li>12&#43; years of relevant experience in software development, with expertise in one or more programming languages and a deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Hands-on experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions on the Cloud, preferably Microsoft Azure.</li><li>Experience with Live Site and operating in a DevSecOps environment.</li><li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.</li><li>Experience in designing solutions with non-relational databases such as Graph/Doc DB as well as mobile applications and broad experience using Angular/React/C#.</li><li>Experience with FHIR, SmartOnFHIR applications, and transformation in the space for highly scalable distributed systems.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop technical solutions.</li></ul>Physical RequirementsThe following have been identified as essential physical requirements of this job and must be performed with or without an accommodation:<ul><li>This is primarily a sedentary role which requires the ability to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.</li><li>This role requires the ability to keyboard and to communicate clearly and understandably in person and over the telephone.</li></ul>Premera total rewardsOur comprehensive total rewards package provides support, resources, and opportunities to help employees thrive and grow.
