<ul><li>Support the Production and Project Management teams by assisting with status tracking, meeting preparation, and participating in internal and external meetings and calls as appropriate</li><li>Learn and follow internal agency processes and standards to support accurate and timely work deliverables, escalating questions or issues to Production or Project Management as needed</li><li>Assist with store schematics, component spreadsheets, store audits, and asset archiving by gathering information and updating documentation under direction</li><li>Help Production and Project Management teams by pulling, organizing, and updating image assets, and supporting the creation and maintenance of presentation decks</li><li>Support the art routing process by verifying that required files and documentation are organized and complete prior to sending materials to Premedia or vendors</li><li>Assist with client and vendor file and asset requests, including mechanical file coordination and release tracking, under supervision</li><li>Contribute to internal innovation initiatives and process improvement efforts by supporting documentation updates and testing new workflows</li><li>Support overall project success by keeping organized notes, communicating clearly with team members, meeting assigned deadlines, and following established processes</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; willingness to continue developing proficiency</li></ul>
