The Associate Project Implementation Manager will provide project support at the execution level for the intended client. We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3-4 days in-office each week at our Cincinnati office. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
- Support the Production and Project Management teams by assisting with status tracking, meeting preparation, and participating in internal and external meetings and calls as appropriate
- Learn and follow internal agency processes and standards to support accurate and timely work deliverables, escalating questions or issues to Production or Project Management as needed
- Assist with store schematics, component spreadsheets, store audits, and asset archiving by gathering information and updating documentation under direction
- Help Production and Project Management teams by pulling, organizing, and updating image assets, and supporting the creation and maintenance of presentation decks
- Support the art routing process by verifying that required files and documentation are organized and complete prior to sending materials to Premedia or vendors
- Assist with client and vendor file and asset requests, including mechanical file coordination and release tracking, under supervision
- Contribute to internal innovation initiatives and process improvement efforts by supporting documentation updates and testing new workflows
- Support overall project success by keeping organized notes, communicating clearly with team members, meeting assigned deadlines, and following established processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; willingness to continue developing proficiency
- 1-3 years of experience
- Demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills
- Demonstrates mastery in entire Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Word, etc.)
- Possess strong process and operational attributes

Compensation Range: $50,065.00 - $60,040.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
