Job Summary

Processes and distributes donated goods to meet quality standards and production schedules.

<h1>Essential Job Duties</h1>

<ol>
	<li>Grades donated goods according to quality specifications, sorts into appropriate bins and assigns prices.</li>
	<li>Determines season of product; places off season product in seasonal bins</li>
	<li>Sorts donated goods for quality; determines proper disposition for sale, salvage or trash</li>
	<li>Maintains clean and organized work area; assists with trash and salvage removal</li>
	<li>Participates in required training</li>
	<li>Effectively manages time to ensure that work is completed</li>
	<li>Maintains quality control in processing donated goods</li>
	<li>Monitors and recognizes security, loss prevention and safety risks and assists in their prevention</li>
	<li>Contributes to team success by involving others in work processes, decisions and actions</li>
	<li>Stays abreast of position-related knowledge including brand names</li>
	<li>Ensures that the customer&rsquo;s perspective is a driving force behind customer satisfaction</li>
	<li>Seeks to understand the customer&rsquo;s circumstances, problems, expectations and needs</li>
	<li>Identifies internal and external customer service issues and creates solutions</li>
