Certified Coder - We are seeking a Certified Coder to join our Accounts Receivable team in our Central Billing Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate follow up of claims, ensuring coding quality, and supporting operational excellence across multiple sites.
 Key Responsibilities • Perform accurate and timely follow up of claims for assigned specialty. • Interpret insurance carrier policies and payer specific requirements. • Identify, communicate, and help resolve coding trends or issues with the Manager and Operations staff. • Complete a variety of coding and billing functions for multiple specialty locations. • Stay current with coding updates, regulatory changes, and industry standards, and share new knowledge with the team. • Work independently while maintaining strong organizational and investigational skills. • Exercise sound decision making in complex coding scenarios. Qualifications • Vascular and Radiology coding experience preferred. • Current coding credentials required (e.g., CPC, CCS, CCS P, etc.). • Proficiency in CPT, ICD 10, Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology. • Highly motivated, detail oriented, organized and able to work independently. • Strong analytical, investigational, and problem solving abilities. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Annual salary range: $22.40  - $33.60

Our Central Billing Office is growing! We are looking for a Certified Coder to join our team! Position is a full-time remote position, Monday - Friday. Our certified coders provide coding support to multiple departments as well as practitioners and staff.
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Timely input of charges in accordance with department needs.</li>
<li>Maintain strict established charge batch turnaround times set by the department.</li>
<li>Utilize web-based tools, coding books and other available resources to facilitate accurate charge entry.</li>
<li>Assist in reducing denials by maintaining required accuracy levels and following outline protocols.</li>
<li>Process any discrepancy reconciliation and closing of charge batches across all systems.</li>
<li>Respond to inquiries from provider offices and various internal departments in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Responsible for Claim Edit Reports and Unassigned Money Reports.</li>
<li>Comply with and enforce all policies and procedures related to the position, the department and the company.</li>
<li>Achieve goals set forth by supervisor regarding error-free work, transactions, processes and compliance requirements.</li>
