<p><strong>Rothman Orthopaedics</strong> is looking to hire a <strong>Registered Nurse, Risk Manager</strong> to support our team! This position is a hybrid role that will require quarterly visits to Center City Philadelphia and about 4 site-visits per month to any of our offices throughout PA and NJ.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>

<p>The RN Risk Manager is responsible for working with the director of quality and risk management to audit areas identified during risk assessments, items pertinent to the medical practice as identified by data trends, and other risk areas identified by the department director.</p>

	<li>Creates and conducts risk assessments to identify areas of opportunity for the practice.</li>
	<li>Assists with updates, creation and education on policies.</li>
	<li>Track policy updates, changes, and archives &nbsp;in department software</li>
	<li>Documents investigations, corrective action plans, and communication, and educational efforts using department software.</li>
	<li>Creates educational material, in-services, and other educational content for employees and physicians to assist with risk mitigation.</li>
	<li>Work with the analytics team on developing and maintaining a risk management dashboard.</li>
	<li>Regularly report risk management assessments, action plans, and educational efforts to the director and internal committees.</li>
	<li>Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.</li>
	<li>Ensures care delivery is seamless through investigation and tracking to enhance patient safety protection</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Minimum requirements:</strong></p>

	<li>Active Registered Nurse license</li>
	<li>Three (3) years working in the clinical setting of a medical practice, hospital, surgical center, or other healthcare organization</li>
