<h3 data-section-id="xti9y5">What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="d4p5fp">Enter and manage client data with accuracy across multiple systems</li>
<li data-section-id="ezakn4">Prepare, format, and finalize financial documents and client deliverables</li>
<li data-section-id="18p43c8">Support tax processes, including e-filing and extensions</li>
<li data-section-id="1aron1d">Scan, organize, and maintain client records</li>
<li data-section-id="1nt7b6b">Assist with mailings, reports, and administrative projects</li>
<li data-section-id="46asv8">Provide team support during peak workload periods</li>
</ul>
<h3 data-section-id="3f2vz">What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="14eajhx">2+ years of administrative or office experience (accounting environment a plus)</li>
<li data-section-id="4jegj4">Strong data entry and proofreading skills with high attention to detail</li>
<li data-section-id="1fdx9ys">Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe and QuickBooks/Xero experience preferred</li>
<li data-section-id="pv8n5m">Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li>
<li data-section-id="14eypi6">Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism</li>
</ul>
