Clean Desk Policy: Employees are required to complete all assigned work and clear their workstation before the end of each shift.

About the Role
As a Rescan Processor, you will support document reprocessing and warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves retrieving, preparing, and correcting documents to ensure high-quality scanning, as well as organizing and transporting materials throughout the facility.
You will balance detailed document handling with physically active warehouse tasks, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting strict quality and turnaround standards.
Requirements
We’re looking for team members who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in both a production and warehouse environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:

 <li>Strong attention to detail when handling and preparing documents</li>
 <li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks</li>
 <li>Ability to lift 35–45 lbs consistently throughout the shift</li>
 <li>Basic computer skills (data entry, tracking, Excel or similar systems)</li>
 <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>
 <li>Ability to safely operate a company vehicle (box truck or cargo van; no CDL required)</li>
 <li>Ability to use ladders and move materials safely</li>
 <li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li>
 <li>Ability to pass required background screening</li>
</ul>
Key Duties
<ul>
 <li>Review pull lists and retrieve documents from storage or designated areas</li>
 <li>Prepare documents for rescanning by correcting physical issues&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Ensure documents meet quality standards before reprocessing</li>
 <li>Log activity, track errors, and follow established workflows</li>
 <li>Assemble and organize document batches for processing</li>
 <li>Transport, stage, and organize boxes within the warehouse</li>
 <li>Dispose of outdated materials according to guidelines</li>
 <li>Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all security procedures</li>

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. Detail-oriented, reliable, standing for long periods, able to lift 35-45 lbs, basic data entry/Excel, valid driver’s license, able to operate a company vehicle, pass background check, HS diploma preferred.

Summary
Reporting to the Mortgage Lending Manager, this full-time, non-exempt hourly role assists members with their mortgage loan applications. The Mortgage Loan Processor will process mortgage loans such as 1st Mortgages and HELOCs, schedule loan closings, as well as make loan disbursements.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities 
<ol>
<li>Review residential loan application files to verify that application data is complete and meets credit union standards and policies, including type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment.</li>
<li>Types loan application forms. Submits mortgage loan application files for underwriting approval. Types closing documents as needed and forwards to appropriate person for closing.</li>
<li>Contacts specified companies to obtain title exam, survey, appraisal, and flood certification and Inform underwriter of any discrepancies.</li>
<li>Calls employer to verify accuracy of information regarding current employment status.</li>
<li>Practice confidentiality where indicated in employee matters and credit union operations.</li>
<li>Cooperate and work together as a team with co-workers, maintain a neat work area and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.</li>
</ol>
Qualifications and Certifications
<ul>
<li>High School education or GED required.</li>
<li>Associates degree preferred.</li>
<li>3 to 5 years of similar or related experience.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel.</li>
</ul>
