Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and technical support-related tasks to support Quality as well as provide assistance and back-up support as needed for C-Core related systems and programs including but not limited to business diversity, safety, project information/controls, records retention and field personnel management. Your responsibilities will include: Quality Document Management: Maintain and organize project folders on the company network, including QIPs, preconstruction minutes, site observation reports, and other Quality-related documents. Reporting and Data Management: Update QIP summary spreadsheets for monthly meetings, follow up on missing data, and assist with the collection and input of Quality metrics. Inspection and Testing Coordination: Assist in preparing third-party inspection agreements, monitor results for compliance, and coordinate related meetings and documentation. Meeting Coordination and Preparation: Support the preparation and coordination of critical QIP meetings, operations meetings, and meetings related to lessons learned, including agenda preparation and documentation management. Presentation and Award Assistance: Assist with the preparation of presentation materials for meetings, Qualigrams, and award programs such as Project of the Year and Look of Excellence. Administrative Support: Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and maintain the Quality staff travel calendar, as well as assist with customer survey coordination and other assigned tasks.
