The Systems Engineer, reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager, is primarily responsible for the development, integration, and coordination of systems-level engineering activities for Terrestrial Energy’s IMSR technology. This role applies systems engineering principles to support requirements management, interface coordination, system architecture development, and verification planning across multidisciplinary engineering teams. The successful candidate will contribute to the advancement of IMSR reactor systems through the application of structured systems engineering methodologies in a highly regulated nuclear technology environment.
 
Other Responsibilities Include:
 
Systems Engineering
<ul>
<li>Develop, maintain, and manage system requirements for IMSR systems and subsystems in coordination with design engineering, safety, and licensing teams.</li>
<li>Perform requirements decomposition, allocation, and traceability across system, subsystem, and component levels.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain system descriptions, functional breakdowns, and system architecture documentation.</li>
<li>Identify, document, and track system assumptions, constraints, and design decisions throughout the engineering lifecycle.</li>

Integration & Interfaces

Position Summary&nbsp;The Quality Control Operator is responsible for&nbsp;inspecting and electrically testing solar modules at critical stages of production to ensure compliance with internal, regulatory, and customer specifications.
