We are building teams that are empowered with AI capabilities and innovative tools to solve business needs using a rapid development and deployment pipeline focused on AI, automation, and rapid iteration. As a Scrum team member, you will be responsible for delivering solutions that adhere to the software architecture strategy, coding standards, and established organizational policies and procedures. Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients. </li><li>Our I-Client service philosophy and our Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always® should be visible in your actions on a day to day basis showing your support of our organizational culture. </li><li>Analyze, implement, test, document and maintain new and current software applications with minimal oversight in support of achieving the business goals.  </li><li>Assist in estimating and planning throughout the software development life cycle. </li><li>Support people and process improvement strategies for the organization.  </li><li>Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned </li><li></li></ul>Section 3:  Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements <ul><li>Up to two years of full time professional experience developing software &amp; systems for small to medium business environments through internships, Co-ops or professional experience.  </li><li>Working experience in one or more programming or scripting languages </li><li>Experience in using Generative AI tools for software development </li><li>Understanding of object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Passion for developing software </li><li>Qualified candidates must complete a video interview assessment after applying as the next step, to be completed within 7 days of receiving the link.
