POSITION OVERVIEWThe Senior Specialist, ECM reports directly to the Supervisor, ECM. This role is responsible for the delivery and support of the enterprise wide OpenText/Documentum Platform product stack. Additionally, this role requires actively working, and aligning solutions, with both IT and non-IT groups throughout Cheniere.&nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Support of current Documentum (WebTop, D2) and future Documentum environments will be the primary focus. This includes design, configuration, security management, workflow, development, and other administration tasks&nbsp;enterprise wide.</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Provide alternatives and new ideas for requested technical solutions regarding content management.</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Analyze and design functional and non-functional ECM systems software requirements with minimal guidance.</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Promptly and effectively address and reconcile problems within scope, and timeline.</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Assist with the training of users on processes and systems.</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Prepare test plans, lead testing efforts and implement defined solutions.</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Remain abreast of current technologies and best practices.</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Monitor the performance and utilization of Documentum environment to ensure uptime and performance metrics meet required targets.</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.</li></ul>&nbsp;KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Demonstrated expertise of the OpenText/Documentum technology stack; including WebTop, Content Server, Asset Operations, D2, Brava, SmartView, xPlore, and other OpenText applications required to meet business future needs.</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Significant working knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory as they pertain to the OpenText/Documentum stack.</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Demonstrated track record of developing, and supporting large scale end-to-end OpenText/Documentum solutions.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills:<ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Exceptional communication skills: must have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization and with individuals from diverse disciplines and levels of technical and commercial expertise.&nbsp;</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Detail oriented and effective time management and organizational skills.&nbsp;</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new and unknown technologies.&nbsp;</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Ability to work independently, multitask, reprioritize, and follow up with questions, solutions, and/or suggestions.&nbsp;</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Java development</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Source Control</li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;">Content Server, D2, xPlore configurations</li></ul>&nbsp;EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEEducation and Certifications:&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology related field of study. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience:&nbsp;Minimum of&nbsp;five (5) years' experience administering and developing within Documentum, including at least two (2) years with D2, Brava, Asset Operations (AO), and the Documentum Platform (Content Server, xPlore, etc.).
