TIG at NSWC Crane provides specialized, high-reliability facilities and engineering expertise for the full life cycle --design, development, test, and evaluation --of Navy strategic systems, electronic warfare, and weapon systems. They focus on critical testing for radiation hardening, hardware-in-the-loop, and complex electronic systems to ensure mission success. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront in the design, development and execution of complex systems as well as developing and executing test and evaluation procedures. Both systems represent a modernization effort aimed at protecting Marines from air threats, specifically unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), cruise missiles, and aircraft. GBAD program aims to detect, track, identify, and defeat adversary air threats. It is focused on accelerating the delivery of counter-UAS (C-UAS) technology to Marines. The MFEW system is a crucial, rapidly deployed tool for electronic warfare (EW), often used to support the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF). The ideal candidate will be at the forefront in the design, development and execution of complex systems as well as developing and executing test and evaluation procedures.
