<p></p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Web Designer</strong> with a strong front-end development background and UI/UX principles. This role combines high-level visual design expertise with hands-on front-end execution. You will lead the creation and implementation of high-converting landing pages, email campaigns, and interactive web experiences, owning the process from Figma design through front-end development and deployment. </p><p>This is NOT a junior role — we need a strategic thinker who understands design systems, performance optimization, accessibility standards, and how to build scalable, responsive digital experiences independently.</p><p></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO ( ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)</strong></p><ul><li>Design and develop high-performing landing pages, email templates, and digital campaigns from concept through deployment. </li><li>Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive, and accessible front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). </li><li>Collaborate with Marketing teams to align digital experiences with campaign strategy, messaging, and conversion goals. </li><li>Partner with IT and Development teams to ensure scalable architecture, technical feasibility, and pixel-perfect implementation. </li><li>Create and maintain reusable components and design systems that bridge design and development. </li><li>Optimize web experiences for performance, responsiveness, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG). </li><li>Conduct usability testing, prototype interactive experiences, and iterate based on data, feedback, and performance metrics. </li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while enhancing user engagement and conversion rates. </li><li>Support deployment of email campaigns and web assets within marketing automation platforms.</li></ul><p> </p><p></p><p></p>

We are seeking a highly technical Project Manager who will be leading our most critical projects. Your extensive expertise in software development methodologies will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, ensuring seamless collaboration with developers and stakeholders. From concept to completion, you�ll ensure everything runs smoothly, stays on budget, and meets our high standards.</p>

<p><strong>Salary Range</strong><br />
$80,000 � $100,000 per year, based on experience</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables </li>
	<li>Act as a translator between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals and progress </li>
	<li>Drive the adoption of best practices in software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) </li>
	<li>Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks </li>
	<li>Review technical documentation and participate in design discussions to ensure alignment with project objectives </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Proven experience managing software development projects </li>
	<li>Strong technical foundation, including the ability to read, understand, and discuss code or system architecture </li>
	<li>Familiarity with programming languages, software development tools, or JavaScript (eg. Angular, React, Vue) frameworks</li>
	<li>Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git)</li>
	<li>Understanding of APIs, system integrations, or DevOps practices </li>
	<li>Hands-on experience with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Kanban) </li>
	<li>Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders</li>
</ul>
