The platform enables us to continuously innovate how we collect, analyze, and leverage business information across the organization. We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Systems team member to help maximize the value of our financial technology ecosystem. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Administer role-based security, user provisioning, and access controls across OneStream and integrated financial platforms to maintain SOX-compliant governance </li><li>Perform ongoing system administration, including metadata management, workflow design, and configuration of core application components </li><li>Develop, test, and maintain business rules, transformation rules, calculations, and data load processes within OneStream</li><li>Support integrations between OneStream and external systems (e.g. General Ledgers and Enablon), including data mapping and automation </li><li>Build and enhance interactive dashboards, Cube Views, reports, and data entry forms to improve financial visibility and operational efficiency </li><li>Troubleshoot system issues, manage releases, and support upgrades/ enhancements </li><li>Provide end-user support and training while gathering requirements for new functionality </li><li>Partner with Accounting, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and continuous process improvement </li><li>Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline close, consolidation, and reporting processes</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
Required<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field </li><li>Minimum of one year of relevant experience supporting financial systems and applications or experience in accounting or audit </li><li>Understanding of, or exposure to, accounting and financial reporting principles </li><li>Working knowledge of programming and scripting concepts (e.g., Python, SQL, C#, VB.NET, or similar) </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills </li><li>Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and technologies in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Accounting, Finance, and IT teams </li><li>Ability to work on-site five days per week at the corporate office in Fort Wayne, Indiana</li></ul> Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.
