Role description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer PE to join our Greater St. Louis Area, MO office and take on challenging site development and redevelopment projects. In this&nbsp;future&nbsp;role, you'll work on complex, high-profile initiatives that shape communities and deliver innovative civil engineering solutions.
You will be responsible for overseeing the design and coordination of large-scale multi-family residential, retail, corporate, and industrial projects.&nbsp;

Role accountabilities:
<ul>
 <li>Work with internal, external, and stakeholder teams to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects</li>
 <li>Be a technical resource for the project, providing guidance and insight to address technical processes within the project process&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Represent Arcadis to external teams and stakeholders to establish robust, positive relationships through effective communication, precise technical guidance, and successful project methodologies</li>
 <li>Be responsible for the organization of project structure and processes, including staff planning, quality controls, design oversight, and project budgets</li>
 <li>Oversee and, when necessary, prepare construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients</li>
 <li>Ensure quality controls and professional standards are met. When necessary, provide training, mentoring, and supervision of team members.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Motivate team members to meet goals and objectives&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Manage the budget for large projects or tasks&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience:
<ul>
 <li>A Missouri-licensed (PE) Civil Engineer with 10 or more years of experience in land and or site development projects</li>
 <li>Experience in the Civil / Land Development sector with project work such as single-site and municipal-type projects, and the development of construction documents for public sector clients, including cities/counties/water districts, etc.</li>
 <li>Strong consulting skills, including project management, client relationship management at the senior management level</li>
 <li>Deep professional experience leading Civil Engineering Teams, building a cohesive project culture with internal, external, and stakeholder Teams&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Proficient in developing project plans that address intricate civil engineering challenges, guaranteeing stakeholder expectations are satisfied or surpassed, while maintaining budgetary constraints</li>
 <li>Proficient &nbsp;technical skills with AutoCAD, Civil 3D software, and MicroStation (considered an asset)</li>

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead 24/7 manufacturing operations at our Pensacola site. This role is responsible for driving safe, reliable, and cost‑effective production while delivering high‑quality products and developing strong teams. As a key member of the site leadership team, the Production Manager plays a critical role in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and site culture.

Responsibilities:
