Description:
This is a Project Lead Structural Engineer position that offers a variety of interesting and challenging opportunities in structural engineering and will provide an excellent opportunity to advance your career. In this position you will guide a team of structural engineers, interface with clients and engineers from other disciplines as well as manage a variety of exciting projects. This position will enable you to:<ul><li>Apply your knowledge of materials, structural analysis, structural steel design, and reinforced concrete design in the successful execution of assigned tasks</li><li>Work on a wide range of projects for various clients and interface with them as required</li><li>Direct the preparation and review of design calculations, specifications, reports and other deliverables and support designers with drawing development.  </li><li>Supervise and mentor others in the development of quality engineering deliverables</li><li>Perform the structural analysis and design of steel frames, connections, concrete members, and foundations using our state-of-the-art computer tools</li><li>Travel to client and vendor offices for design reviews and to plant site locations for construction coordination and field verification of designs</li></ul>

We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position. Essential Skills and Experience: <ul><li>BSCE with emphasis in Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program</li><li>Ten or more years of experience working as a member of a project team in the design and analysis of industrial / heavy commercial or nuclear facility structures</li><li>Proficiency with structural analysis software such as STAAD, SAP2000, SAFE, STRUDL, or ANSYS</li><li>Proficiency with design codes and standards such as ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul> Valued, but Not Required:<ul><li>MSCE degree</li><li>On-site construction support experience</li><li>PE or SE license</li></ul>

You will partner closely with operations, quality, design engineering, and maintenance to deliver robust, repeatable, and capable processes that support current hardware as well as new product introduction.<h1>Job Description</h1>Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Define, control, and continuously improve Laser drilling processes, including process parameters, methods, and documentation. </li><li>Developing in-depth knowledge of laser drilling and cutting. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.</li><li>Translate design requirements and specifications into stable, producible laser drilling processes.</li><li>In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.</li><li>Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance.
