The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

<li>Work closely with Region Service Managers, Product Support Sales, and Shop teams to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded schedules of projects. </li>
<li>Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis and priority based resource allocations.</li>
<li>Support the Service and Sales management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects/programs.</li>
<li>Work in collaboration with Service and Sales team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting.</li>
<li>Schedule estimating through elicitation of stakeholders to capture estimations of new work, updated actuals and remaining work.</li>
<li>Identify major milestones, decision points, project life-cycle and other project events.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records/paperwork/documentation for projects.</li>
<li>Facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews and customer meetings.</li>
</ul>
 
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university in Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant major with 3 years’ experience; and/or seven (7) years’ related experience and/or training.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills to facilitate broad-range communications in written, verbal, and/or diagram form. </li>
<li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret, re-structure, and convey complex information according to the comprehension level and relevance of the intended audience. </li>
<li>5-10 years’ experience and be extremely proficient in using MS Excel, MS Project and MS Office.</li>
<li>Creativity and innovation, demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in work style to better respond to multiple requests/tasks and handle sudden changes in priorities. </li>
<li>Ability to embrace and participate in change initiatives.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, analytical, verbal & writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications. </li>
<li>Experience in managing highly technical product development projects.</li>
<li>Valid Driver's license and clean driving record. </li>
<li>Ability to process paperwork and utilize office equipment (including personal computer, phone, copiers, etc.). </li>
<li>Willingness to commit a large portion of the day to communicating orally in person and by phone.</li>

<h1>What You&#39;ll Be Doing</h1>Job Scope: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the plant maintenance department, engineering, capital, and parts/purchasing for the plant. The position will administer onsite policies and procedures to establish and promote safe and healthy working conditions while ensuring compliance with all OSHA regulations and site Safety Program Requirements. Manage the maintenance department to minimize plant delay, waste, and board cost. Assist with investigation and diagnosis of operating and maintenance problems and implement appropriate corrective measures. Manage the engineering program to administer and control all capital and major maintenance projects from conception to timely, cost contained completion.Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Actively develop, implement and participate in all safety programs, rules and procedures.</li><li>Manage maintenance department equipment and personnel to minimize delay, waste, and board cost.</li><li>Maximize plant uptime by reviewing delay analysis from production/maintenance logs and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Search out new technology/methods for improving maintenance practices.</li><li>Control maintenance department and capital/major maintenance project costs to not exceed monthly operating budgets and/or approved project budgets.</li><li>Supervision of maintenance foreman positions. Recommend and initiate courses of action to the Production Manager and implement appropriate and approved corrective measures. Be available for any issues and/or problems that may arise within area of responsibility.</li><li>Administer the Company capital plan from project conception to timely cost contained completion.</li><li>Monitor energy consumption by each piece of equipment, investigate, and report on any abnormalities and recommend capital appropriations to minimize energy consumption.</li><li>Play a key role in development of capital plans and major maintenance plans.</li><li>Ensure that all project work is coordinated with the appropriate manufacturing and corporate personnel.</li><li>Direct and manage all engineering work to ensure good engineering practices are utilized, projects are adequately documented, and project budgets and schedules are met. Maintenance Manager

Oversees plant maintenance, engineering, capital projects, and safety programs; requires mechanical/electrical background, PMP/PE preferred, up to 10 years of experience.

Acts as the single point of contact for the customer during the Make Ready process. Manages projects in close coordination with Shop Manager and ensures schedule and budget performance. Manages projects in scope from basic preventative maintenance to complete equipment overhauls.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><div>Essential Duties (Approximate % of Time Spent)
- Create the Capital Project Requisition (CPR) form which is the estimate to complete the make ready / repackage project and create addendums to original CPR’s with assistance if necessary.
- Coordinate with design and engineering team to assure the design of the make ready/repackage meets the customer requirements and make ready packaging standards.&nbsp; Coordinates technical interpretation as required.
- Draft a P&amp;ID (process and instrumentation diagram) to the fleet engineering team to incorporate into the final engineering package and a plan view showing customer connections, elevations, and foot print for each project.
- Establish, document and communicate project schedules, objectives, priorities, and targets, government regulations, and customer specifications and ensure adherence.
- Monitor project progress and budget during design, fabrication, and repackaging and keeps upper management informed of risks, tests, costs, issues and performance.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Document and handle project scope changes, communicate revised project schedule and issues change orders for customer approval.
- Conduct internal and customer meetings, participate on cross-functional teams, addresses issues and provides feedback to management.
- Interface and coordinate with outside vendors for outsourced requirements and may work with 3rd party inspection when required.
- Track PO (OSP PO) for project closeout, work with shop admin to prepare project closure reporting to insure all work orders are closed in a timely manner.

- Experience in previous role exhibiting organization, scheduling and cost relationships. such as MFE, team Lead, Shop supervisor/Assistant manager, etc.
