<p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>The Overnight Order Processor supports our Food Service division—formally known as HRI (Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution)—and requires a team member with strong organizational skills to service customer orders overnight. </p><p>This role is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, including entering orders into NAV, troubleshooting any order-related issues, communicating instructions to the Shipping &amp; Receiving teams, and ensuring all shipments are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time.</p><p>The PM Order Processor collaborates closely with the Food Service/HRI picking teams, trucking, and customers to coordinate pickups, monitor delivery schedules, track inventory levels, and communicate supply or product needs to leadership as necessary.</p><p>This position reports to the HRI Inside Sales Leadership.</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p><ul><li>Review, enter, and confirm all incoming and scheduled customer orders daily.</li><li>Ship-confirm processed orders and ensure accuracy through the internal computer system.</li><li>Maintain adherence to deadlines for order cutoffs, delivery schedules, and customer-specific requirements.</li><li>Perform routine administrative functions such as data entry, file maintenance, reporting, and system updates.</li><li>Review daily orders and communicate delivery info with Food Service sales and floor team</li><li>Handle issues or discrepancies with shipments or orders that occur overnight</li><li>Service customers’ requests, resolve complaints, and problem solve issues that occur overnight</li><li>Monitor inventory counts and communicate supply issues with leadership as needed</li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned</li></ul>

Overnight order processing experience, proficiency with Excel, strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

	<li>Responsible for performing the part verification, packaging, shipping of domestic and international orders and assuring all items are accurately accounted for. Generate appropriate shipping documentation and contact freight carriers for shipment pick up as needed. Responsible for the picking of customer orders using handheld bar code scanners and automated picking system. Operates various material handling equipment related to warehousing activities.</li>

<p><strong>What you�ll do</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Pick international and domestic customer orders using handheld scanners and automated picking system.</li>
	<li>Filling all internal requisitions, this includes requests from R&D, reagents, QC, tech services etc.</li>
	<li>Perform cycle counts.</li>
	<li>Inventory put-away from manufacturing and inter-plant shipments.</li>
	<li>Help maintain non-inventory packaging and shipping material levels.</li>
	<li>Perform location audits and cycle counts.</li>
	<li>Location integrity and FIFO (First in first out) practices must be used when picking, moving, or storing material.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What we are looking for in you</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Two (2) years� experience in warehousing, shipping/ receiving, delivery or related work.</li>
	<li>Ability to perform repetitive motions including standing, walking, lifting, and bending for an 8-hour shift.</li>
	<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
	<li>Forklift certification a plus.</li>
	<li>Knowledge and experience with Inventory Management Systems preferred.</li>
	<li>Must work with a high level of accuracy and possess excellent organizational skills.</li>
</ul>
