The Manufacturing Process Engineer provides engineering support for both existing operations and new process development, ensuring consistent performance and continuous improvement across all assigned areas.&nbsp;Job Responsibilities: Develop and document process operating standards, including the identification and implementation of SPC opportunities. Improve product quality by reducing process variability and supporting the quality team. Drive cost reduction by minimizing waste, improving equipment utilization, and optimizing productivity. Collaborate with Product Engineering, Lab, and Technical Service teams to anticipate evolving customer requirements and align process capabilities accordingly. Provide equipment design input and specifications, including project justifications with clearly defined cost and quality impacts.&nbsp;Education, Skills &amp; Experience:<div style="margin-left:0in;"><ul style="list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 3.5px;"><li style="margin-left:0in;">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Material Science (Recent B.S. graduates will be considered).&nbsp;</li><li style="margin-left:0in;">1-5 years Manufacturing, Process, or Supplier Quality experience preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div style="margin-left:0in;"><ul style="list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 3.5px;"><li style="margin-left:0in;">Strong technical skills in engineering principles including process control, material science, and statistical process control (SPC).&nbsp;</li><li style="margin-left:0in;">Recent coating experience preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style="margin-left:0in;">Must be willing to live within 30 miles from the Weatherford facility.&nbsp;</li><li style="margin-left:0in;">Must be willing to support the line and operation as needed basis outside the normal working hours.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>

Ensure equipment functions effectively and efficiently, is properly maintained and operates safely within design limitations.
