SUMMARY 
While on a project, the Field Engineer reports to field level management, who has ultimate responsibility for both the quality of Haydon's deliverable and effective execution of project assignments. The Project Superintendent and Project Manager may delegate certain project management responsibilities to the Field Engineer, including day-to-day interaction with the Owner's designated representative as well as coordination of all internal activities performed by Haydon's staff.

Education and/or Experience 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience in heavy civil construction.&nbsp; This is an entry level position.&nbsp; Solid organizational skills.&nbsp; Proficiency in Microsoft Office.&nbsp; Willingness to travel if required.&nbsp; Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.&nbsp; &nbsp;Understands and abides by all government processes and regulations.

Field Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering; entry level; solid organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to travel; understands government processes and regulations.

Monitors, maintains, and controls all steps of the inlet gas flows through the inlet separators, dehydration, recovery, and residue systems ending at the sale meters, and the recovered liquefied petroleum gases to sales.Essential Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inspect equipment for safety problems, leaks, or wear and tear, and make or recommend appropriate repairs.</li><li>Good working knowledge of process equipment including Inlet separators, dehydration system, cryogenic system and turbines.</li><li>Able to do light maintenance work; change process filters, grease and oil equipment, replace fan belts, operate manual valves and general equipment up keep as needed.</li><li>Good working knowledge of computer programs: Word, Excel, Wonderware, and Email.</li><li>Reviews and monitors prior shift, to check for accuracy, daily computer log and scan process board.</li><li>Records gas volumes and process analyzer readings, and makes necessary changes.</li><li>Gauges and records daily tank inventory.</li><li>Monitors and maintains process readings on daily log sheets (inside and outside readings of entire plant).</li><li>Able to work alone; acknowledging, responding to, and initiate corrections/action to process alarms.</li><li>Monitors and maintains all control loops in the plant.
